My name is Pie, and I’m a freelance Support Engineer. Living in Cebu City, I’ve spent years as Technical Support in a BPO setting, acquiring and honing my skills, and has been using WordPress since 2012.
I’m a skilled WordPress professional with extensive experience in managing, optimizing, and troubleshooting WordPress websites, specializing in WooCommerce and its integrations.
Also proficient at troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, including email setup support for clients, and importing/exporting WooCommerce products with expertise in syncing WooCommerce with marketing platforms like MailChimp and Xero, as well as connecting WooCommerce to Facebook Business and Instagram for seamless e-commerce management.
When I’m not solving website challenges, I love to explore the world. Traveling is my passion, and during weekends, you’ll often find me unwinding at the beach or hiking in nature, recharging for the week ahead.
